Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

We aim to pack and dispatch your orders within 2–3 business days.
(We’re a small but mighty team — and we love what we do! 💛)

During busy periods (like Christmas, back-to-school, or major sales), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and trusted couriers.
Shipping timeframes once dispatched are generally:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Please note: Remote and regional areas may take a little longer — thanks for your patience!


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
We also offer FREE Standard Shipping. 🎉


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door! 🚚💨

If you haven’t received your tracking details within a few days of ordering, please check your junk folder first — and then contact us if you still can’t find it.


5. Delivery Issues

We do our very best to make sure your order arrives safe and sound.
However, once your parcel has been handed over to the courier or postal service, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at infolearnanddo@gmail.com and we’ll work together to sort it out. 🤝

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can't take responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at purchase.


6. Local Pickup

At this stage, we don’t offer local pickup.
